The yuri manga event Yuriten 2017 revealed a poster for Hiromi Takashima’s Kase-san and… yuri manga series on Saturday. The poster credits Takuya Satō (Girls Beyond the Wasteland, Say, “I Love You”.) as director, and Kyuta Sakai (Steins;Gate, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) for “genga,” which can mean ‘key animation” in the context of animation production.
While the poster’s credits and the people listed indicate staff positions for an anime, no anime adaptation of the manga has been announced yet. The event allows attendees to take photographs.
The manga follows a romance between “the clumsy, flower-adoring Yamada and the exuberant Kase-san, their school’s track and field star.” Seven Seas Entertainment is releasing the manga in North America, and it describes the story:
