TCG launched in 2013, inspired TV anime last year
The official website for the Ange Vierge trading card game revealed on Thursday that Kadokawa is stopping development of the game this month. Kadokawa said in the announcement that it is stopping development of new releases for the trading card game as well as products related to the game.
The related products will be the “Shiten ni Mau Otome-tachi” booster packs, which are currently on sale. The final event related to the trading card game will be the “Final Festa” event, which will be held at one of Kadokawa’s offices in Tokyo on May 21. Shop tournaments, rule support, Kadokawa’s trading card game event office, and the game’s point campaign will all shut down on June 30. The trading card game’s official website will remain open until March 31, 2018.
