‘Blame!’ meets ‘Knights of Sidonia’ in Nico Nico Broadcast

The cast and staff of Blame! and Knights of Sidonia come together in a broadcast of Nico Nico on 26 April 2017.
The manga which Blame! was based on has been serialized in Kodansha’s Afternoon between 1997 and 200, and Knights of Sidonia was the debut work of the same author, Tsutomu Nihei, with which he won the 39th Kodansha Manga Awards. Director of the anime of both stories was Hiroyuki Seshita, who is also known for his work on ‘Ajin’. The animation studio was Polygon Pictures, awarded for their work on Transformers Prime. Blame! was also the first anime to be screened in cinemas using the Dolby Atmos sound system in Japan. For in-depth information, take a look at our report here:
