Game features government cabinet of magical girls

The official website for Compile Heart and Dengeki PlayStation magazine’s Tokyo Clanpool game began streaming the game’s opening movie on Friday. The video highlights the main characters and cast, and features the opening theme song “Change The Future” by Yasuko Sasaki.

The main cast includes:

In addition to the opening theme song, Sasaki is also performing the ending theme song “Yorimichi” (“Stop Along the Way”) for the game.

The game is currently in development for PS Vita. Compile Heart and Kadokawa‘s Dengeki PlayStation magazine announced last month that they are collaborating to create a new game brand called “Den-Pile,” and Tokyo Clanpool will be the brand’s first title.

The story takes place in the future in Tokyo, where an upside-down city appears in the sky. Demons flow out of the strange city and destroy Tokyo. The protagonist of the game is Natsume Kannuki (pictured at right), who is the prime minister of Tokyo. She assembles a cabinet of “beautiful girls” to rebuild the city and fight the demons.

The game will feature an original system related to bills and elections. Other features include personification of gadgets and transformations using smartphones.
